Samsung Note 7 Advisory

We would like to let you know that Samsung has declared for the Note 7 recall. But the new models continued to see further issues, with replacement catching on fire in early October. This led to Samsung telling Note 7 owners to stop using the phones and return them, before permanently discontinuing the Note 7.


Unfortunately, we do not refund sales for Note 7 phone cases that you had bought. We are glad to give you 2 options:


Discount: We can give you a discount code that you can use on your next purchase.


Replacement: We can absolutely send you a replacement and you don’t need to send back the case that you received. However, we do charge $15.00 if you opt-in for this option.

Please be advised that customer pays the return shipping fee on exchanges and refunds. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back the item to any way you like as long as it has tracking number to protect our interest.

We do offer item exchanges, refunds and order cancellations.

 

Item Exchange – customer is eligible for exchanges within 7 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from support@gearcrib.net

 

Refund – customer is eligible for refunds within 5 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging. We also want to remind you that we DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEE, a $10.00 RESTOCKING FEE and we do not refund TAX. Unless you show proof that you received the item after the 5 days timeframe. Additional 15% if you exceed our timeframe allowance. Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from supportsupport@gearcrib.net

 

Order cancellation – We can cancel order as long as the item has not been shipped. However, we want to let you know that if we cancel an order we will deduct a 15% fee to cover up the processing fee from our merchant.

Please be advised to return back the item within timeframe, we base dates on the tracking number that

How do I return an item?

  • Provide a tracking number so we could process the refund.

We are human and do make mistake but rest assured that we will always take care of you the best that we can.

 

SHIPPING

  1. How much is shipping?
  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and shipping destination. Our standard US shipping cost is $5.00 unless you order a large amount of weight. On FREE promotional items shipping starts at $9.99 as we are shipping from different shipping warehouses overseas.
  1. Do you ship internationally?
  • We currently ship to other countries and estimated delivery is within 30-60 days.
  1. How do I track my packages?
  • You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link: Order Status. You can also reach out to our customer support desk at support@gearcrib.net to ask questions anytime.
  1. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
  • For US it takes about 10-15 days
  • Other countries estimated delivery is 30-60 days.
  1. I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
  • Since we ship on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

We 100% guarantee delivery of every item! If you do not receive your order within the delivery window, simply contact us at support@gearcrib.net and we will get you taken care of!
